If I could give a zero star I would. It's been 23 days and I still do not have my 36" griddle. I was sent a 17" by mistake 2 weeks after I placed my original order. Been talking to a CEO reaching out a week ago what my tracking number is. Was told this should of shipped I have to reach out to blackstone. Still waiting..... very disappointing. When and if this griddle arrives. Fingers crossed the thing works properly. Can't imagine how much a hassle it is going to he in getting something fixed but need the griddle to arrive. Maybe next week....
Its still in the box havent opened it yet its for us to take camping with our camper deer hunts exc fishing trips its still winter here will know about 4.15.23 on our fishing trip its comminh soon
Once we figured out the best temp it was great. About 650 degrees and 3 Mon to pizza ready. No mess to clean up.
It's been so cold that I have not really had a chance to use my pizza oven
I'm sure it will get some use soon.
I was promised the accessory set over a month ago for all the confusion with
the delivery but as everything goes with Cozee it still has not been delivered!!
