I have had this barbecue for a little over a year now and must say that, once again, Napoleon has released a banger of a product! If you are considering this barbecue the cooking grids make it worth it alone! The cast stainless grids are the best of both worlds. You get the sear of cast iron and the ease of use/lack of maintenance of stainless steel. They are super easy to clean! The matte black finish is beautiful and also easy to clean too. I am in love with this barbecue. The PHANTOM is awesome.
Great BBQ. Very sturdy design. Love the folding side tables. Takes up much less storage space than other BBQs. BBQ gets up to temperature very quickly. You can open the lid to tend to your food without worrying that the BBQ will take a long time to come up to temperature again.
Excellent customer service. Will buy from here again
