We abide by the warranties provided by the brands and provide customer service for the brands. There are many unauthorized retailers who cannot provide resolutions or customer service for the maufacturers. It is always better to purchase from an authorized dealer.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged to California residents since that's where we are based. Residents of all other states pay no sales tax.

Shipping

CozeeFlames ships to the lower 48 states, and currently does not ship outside the USA. When purchasing please enter a physical address as deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes.
